Antioch Police Calls

The following calls were among those handled by the Antioch police Nov. 24-29 according to information provided by the police department. Police did not provide the week’s remaining calls-for- service in time for deadline.
Nov. 24
— Vehicle theft: At 9:06 a.m. it was reported a red 2006 Honda dirt bike was stolen from the bed of a truck on the 3500 block of Gallagher Circle.
— Malicious vandalism: At 9:08 a.m. a resident on the 3300 block of Hacienda Way reported his residence had been burglarized and graffiti painted inside.
— Gun found: At 12:38 p.m. someone on Clearbrook Road found a loaded 22 caliber revolver in his front yard.

— Vehicle theft: At 1:24 p.m. it was reported a gray 1992 Honda Accord was stolen from the 3500 block of Dana Drive.
— Burglary: At 2:31 p.m. it was reported a residence on the 4200 block of Spaulding Street was burglarized. Two TVs were stolen resulting in a loss of approximately $7,000.
— Robbery: At 7:20 p.m. officers responded to a silent duress alarm at the Burger King restaurant on the 2400 block of Mahogany Way.
Nov. 26
— Burglary: At 8:49 a.m. it was reported a residence on the 3400 block of Barmouth Drive was burglarized resulting in the loss of miscellaneous items. Suspects left behind a XM Satellite Radio.
— Suspicious circumstances: At 3:26 p.m. a male on the 1100 block of West Ninth Street found a homemade bomb comprised of gas in a Gatorade bottle in his backyard.
— Domestic violence dispute: At 11:25 p.m. officers responded to the 2200 block of Sycamore Drive for a male and female in a physical fight.
Nov. 27
— Fire assist: At 1:45 a.m. officers responded to 5 Marina Place for a boat on fire in the parking lot. No structures were involved.
— Theft: At 12:59 p.m. a male in a gray and red sweatshirt, and bluejeans stole fragrances from the Macy’s store on the 2500 block of Somersville Road. Suspect was last seen on foot in the Kaiser parking lot.
— Suspicious circumstances: At 10:49 p.m. a resident on the 600 block of West 19th Street reported hearing two gunshots in front of his residence and observed five subjects in a silver vehicle.
